H-1B Process for Employees

As the office designated to handle visa issues for the University, International Programs provides the following services to H-1B and prospective H-1B employees:

  • Pre-departure orientation for new employees
  • H-1B check-in and visa orientation upon arrival
  • On-going H-1B advising
  • Visa document preparation and processing
  • H-1B extension processing
  • H-1B data management/record keeping
